*New* Discharge Day: TOMORROW! 👍 (Tuesday)
Unfortunately, Calvin has to stay one more night in the hospital due to the problems I shared last night regarding his tubes. His GJ-tube was leaking and his G-tube was draining way too much fluid. He went to IR this afternoon where they replaced his GJ-tube with a new one (third time in less than two months) and repositioned his G-tube into his stomach. He handled all of this very well and the team wants to monitor everything for this extra day to ensure everything is okay with the tube adjustments/changes.
It was an emotional morning for his Mommy but his discharge will be here before we know it. The twins turn ten months old tomorrow and, if everything stays good overnight tonight, Calvin will be home before dinner! 🏠
